To open a new account for water/sewer service, to close an existing account for water/sewer service, for questions about your water/sewer service, or in the event of a serious problem, such as water leaks, sewer odor, discolored water, open manhole, lift station alarms, etc., please call the District’s operator, Hays Utility North Corporation at (936) 588-1166. Their general office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. After hours an answering service will alert the on-duty personnel.
